Психологічні засади моделювання системи дистанційної освіти України

Abstract

Актуальність дослідження психологічних засад моделювання системи дистанційної освіти (ДО) обумовлена низкою проблем функціонування та модернізації вищої професійної освіти в Україні. Онтологізація психологічних засад у рамках дослідження визначена сукупністю значень поняття «засади». Це, по-перше, основа або базис психологічного моделювання системи ДО, які традиційно визначаються системним підходом; по-друге, це системоутворюючий принцип або психологічне обмеження системи та її психологічної моделі, які в рамках системного підходу та теорії прийняття рішень визначаються як мета функціонування системи. Третім значенням поняття «засади» є психологічне обґрунтування необхідності моделювання системи ДО в сучасних умовах її модернізації

The relevance of studying the psychological foundations of modeling the system of distance education (DE) is due to a number of problems of functioning and modernization of higher professional education in Ukraine. The ontologization of psychological principles within the framework of the study is determined by the set of meanings of the concept of "principles". This is, firstly, the basis or basis for psychological modeling of the VLE system, which traditionally defined by the systemic approach; secondly, it is system-forming principle or psychological limitation of the system and its psychological model, which within the framework of the systemic approach and decision theory decision-making theory are defined as the purpose of the system's functioning.
