| Abstract: | В роботі проаналізовані вплив цифрової трансформації на діяльність малих та середніх підприємств, а саме на фінансові та операційні показники. Було виявлено, що цифрова трансформація у таких компаніях призводить до зростають інвестиційних витрат та зменшенню прибутковості в короткостроковому періоді, але в той же час відбувається зменшення транзакційних витрат, покращення оборотності активів, та зростання прибутковості у довгостроковому періоді. |
