Abstract

Search and implementation of new approaches in the field of management of the National Police bodies, building their qualitatively new model in accordance with the standards, principles and norms developed by the world community, today is a very relevant issue. Foreign countries considerable experience has been accumulated in the training of personnel for police services, organizations activities to ensure public safety and order, fighting crime. However, police activity in each country has its own specifics and features. Building a reliable and effective law enforcement system is one of the main tasks of every state. The law enforcement system of Ukraine is approaching the European model at a fairly fast pace with each new reform.
