| Abstract: | The main problem that arises in the aspect of understanding and enforcement of the legal regime of confidential information in the field of health care is the imperfection of the regulation of information relations in general and confidential information in the field of health care in particular. Основною проблемою, яка виникає в аспекті розуміння та забезпечення правового режиму конфіденційної інформації у сфері охорони здоров’я, є недосконалість регулювання інформаційних відносин загалом та конфіденційної інформації у сфері охорони здоров’я зокрема. |
