Навчально-методичний комплекс навчальної дисципліни "Фахова науково-педагогічна практика"

Abstract

Основною метою практики є формування у аспірантів умінь і навичок з питань організації навчального процесу в сучасних умовах, його наукового, навчально-методичного та нормативного забезпечення, застосування активних методик викладання професійно-орієнтованих дисциплін відповідного фахового напряму та розвиток професійних компетентностей щодо здійснення науково-педагогічної lіяльності. Завдання фахової науково-педагогічної практики включають: - ознайомлення з основними етапами організації навчального процесу та підготовки навчально-методичних матеріалів щодо його реалізації; - освоєння основ науково-методичної та навчально-методичної роботи, наукових підходів, методології педагогічної діяльності і сучасних освітніх технологій; - практичне застосування знань із методики і психології викладання у вищій школі; - формування вміння постановки навчально-виховних цілей, вибору типу, виду заняття, використання різних форм організації, контролю, діагностики і оцінки ефективності навчальної діяльності; - виховання у аспірантів досвіду викладацької роботи, морально-етичних якостей викладача вищої школи, індивідуального творчого стилю викладацької діяльності, потреби в самоосвіті.

The main purpose of the practice is to develop postgraduate students' skills and abilities in organizing the educational process in modern conditions, its scientific, educational, methodological and regulatory support, applying active methods of teaching professionally oriented disciplines of the relevant professional direction and developing professional competencies in the implementation of scientific and pedagogical activities. The tasks of professional scientific and pedagogical practice include: - acquaintance with the main stages of the organization of the educational process and preparation of educational and methodological materials for its implementation; - mastering the basics of scientific and methodological work, scientific approaches, methodology of pedagogical activity and modern educational technologies; - practical application of knowledge of methods and psychology of teaching in higher education; - formation of the ability to set educational goals, choose the type, type of class, use various forms of organization, control, diagnosis and evaluation of the effectiveness of educational activities; - development of postgraduate students' teaching experience, moral and ethical qualities of a higher education teacher, individual creative style of teaching, and the need for self-education.
