Abstract

In modern conditions of global development of socio-economic and social life, there is a rapid increase in crime, its borders are spreading, ways of committing "traditional" crimes are being improved and new forms of criminal activity are emerging. To effectively solve the problems that are the result of the outlined trends, it is necessary to develop a qualitatively new approach to the organization and tactics of investigating crimes.
