| Abstract: | Навчально-методичний комплекс "Теорія держави і права" призначений для студентів 1-го курсу денної форми навчання ОС "Бакалавр" спеціальності 262 "Правоохоронна діяльність", освітньо-професійної програми "Правоохоронна діяльність" юридичного факультету НАУ. Мета навчальної дисципліни полягає у формуванні знань про право та державу, умінь використовувати одержані знання у професійній юридичній діяльності. The educational and methodical complex "Theory of State and Law" is intended for students of the 1st year of full-time education of educational degree "Bachelor" of а specialty 262 "Law Enforcement activity", the educational and professional program "Law Enforcement activity" of the Law faculty. The purpose of the academic discipline is to form knowledge about law and the state, the ability to use the acquired knowledge in professional legal activity. |
