The study of the technological process of the repair of the high-rise system

Abstract

Equipping civil aviation with new equipment sets the repair company the task of carrying out timely and high-quality repairs to the aircraft and engine park. In this diploma project, the main technical and economic indicators are calculated, the issues of economic calculation and improvement of a typical technological process are presented. The major part of the diploma project is devoted to the equipment used in the typical technological process of repairing the equipment of the high-altitude system of the An-type aircraft (on the example of the An-32). The improved technological process of repair, thanks to the use of automation and mechanization means, allows to significantly increase labor productivity, reduce the cost price, and improve the organization and culture of production. Solving the tasks of the planned organization of the production process, modern repair enterprises are working towards further improvement of the current-bench method of repair. The continuous growth of production, the constant improvement of repair equipment and technologies, the introduction of the latest scientific achievements in the field of production processes dictates the need to use the most advanced repair methods in the technological process.

Оснащення цивільної авіації новою технікою ставить перед ремонтним підприємством завдання своєчасного та якісного ремонту авіаційного та моторного парку. В даному дипломному проекті розраховано основні техніко-економічні показники, викладено питання економічного розрахунку та вдосконалення типового технологічного процесу. Основна частина дипломного проекту присвячена обладнанню, яке використовується в типовому технологічному процесі ремонту обладнання висотної системи літака типу Ан (на прикладі Ан-32). Удосконалений технологічний процес ремонту завдяки використанню засобів автоматизації та механізації дозволяє значно підвищити продуктивність праці, знизити собівартість, підвищити організацію і культуру виробництва. Вирішуючи завдання планової організації виробничого процесу, сучасні ремонтні підприємства працюють у напрямку подальшого вдосконалення поточно-стендового методу ремонту. Постійне зростання виробництва, постійне вдосконалення ремонтної техніки і технологій, впровадження новітніх досягнень науки в області виробничих процесів диктує необхідність використання в технологічному процесі найсучасніших методів ремонту.
