Abstract

Supply Chain Management is one of the most powerful global integration concepts that make the most efficient use of existing production resources. The success of the supply chain is assessed according to three criteria: operability (ensuring work without disruptions), reducing costs and reducing the turnover time of a unit of production within the system. Efficient supply chain systems help both manufacturers and retailers reduce excess inventory.
