Медіація як засіб вирішення конфліктної ситуації у вищому навчальному закладі

Abstract

В дипломній роботі розглянуто особливості медіації як засобу вирішення конфліктної ситуації у вищому навчальному закладі. У процесі роботи зроблено висновки щодо ефективності медіації та розроблено практичні рекомендації щодо виявлення конфліктної поведінки та медіації конфлікту у вищих навчальних закладах.

Object of study: mediation as a way to resolve a conflict situation. Purpose of the study: to theoretically substantiate and empirically investigate the features of the impact of mediation on conflict resolution in higher education. Research methods: theoretical: analysis, classification, systematization and comparison and generalization of theoretical and experimental data on the research problem; empirical: observations, method of survey and questionnaire to collect factual and evaluative information about the impact of mediation on conflict resolution in the student environment; statistical: method of measuring the numerical value of the studied data, the method of processing the results of the questionnaire. To achieve this goal in the work of the following tasks: 1) analyze the main aspects of the concept of conflict and its features in the student environment; 2) analyze the theoretical and methodological principles of mediation and technology of its implementation; 3) to determine the methodological and methodological support of the empirical study of the peculiarities of the conflict situation between students of higher education; 4) to conduct an empirical study of the peculiarities of the conflict situation between students of higher education; 4 5) develop a program of a mediation session with the participants of the conflict situation; 6) to analyze the effectiveness of the impact of mediation on resolving intergroup conflict in the student environment. In this work we considered the features of mediation as a means of resolving a conflict situation in higher-educational institutions. In the process of work, conclusions were made on the effectiveness of mediation and practical recommendations for identifying conflict behavior and conflict mediation in highereducational institutions were developed.
