Analysis of the quality of service for special categories of passengers in domestic airlines

Abstract

Rules of air transportation of passengers and luggage certain categories of passengers and their features are determined transportation or refusal to provide transportation services. Special categories of passengers (SCPs) - are passengers who require special conditions, assistance and/or special devices during the flight, and whose situation requires appropriate attention and adaptation to their special needs. These passengers are prohibited from assigning and occupying seats that allow direct access to emergency exits or where their presence may interfere with crew members in the performance of their duties, impede access to emergency equipment or prevent the evacuation of aircraft.

Правила повітряних перевезень пасажирів і багажу окремих категорій пасажирів і їх особливостями визначаються перевезення або відмова від надання транспортних послуг. Особливий категорії пасажирів (SCP) - це пасажири, які потребують особливих умов, допомоги та/або спеціальні пристрої під час польоту, ситуація яких вимагає належної уваги та адаптації до їхніх особливих потреб. Цим пасажирам заборонено призначати та займати такі місця дозволяти прямий доступ до аварійних виходів або там, де їх присутність може заважати членам екіпажу при виконанні своїх посадових обов'язків перешкоджати доступу до аварійного обладнання або перешкоджати евакуація літаків.
