Abstract

Дана навчальна дисципліна є теоретичною та практичною основою сукупності знань та вмінь, що формують профіль фахівця з менеджменту. Метою викладання дисципліни є оволодіння студентами теорією та практикою резуль-тативного управління організацією у мінливих умовах соціально-економічного оточення; інсти¬туційними оволодіння практичними знаннями та набуття практичних навичок із організації процесу управління змінами; формування належних практичних вмінь і навичок застосування універсального інструментарію розробки та реалізації універсальних проектів з метою досягнення ефективного існування та розвитку організації; формування системи знань з теорії та методології управління якістю; принципів побудови та функціонування систем управління якістю; вивчення нормативно-правових, організаційних та економічних питань щодо управлін¬ня якістю.

This discipline is the theoretical and practical basis of the set of knowledge and skills that form the profile of a management specialist. The purpose of teaching the discipline is for students to master the theory and practice of effective management of the organization in the changing conditions of the socio-economic environment; institutional mastery of practical knowledge and acquisition of practical skills in organizing the process of change management; formation of appropriate practical skills and abilities to apply universal tools for the development and implementation of universal projects in order to achieve effective existence and development of the organization; formation of a system of knowledge on the theory and methodology of quality management; principles of construction and operation of quality management systems; study of regulatory, organizational and economic issues of quality management.
