Abstract

Дипломна робота присвячена дослідженню управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємства на прикладі ПрАТ «Галактон» У вступі визначено актуальність та практичну цінність обраної теми дослідження, основну мету та завдання дослідження, зазначено предмет та об’єкт дослідження, вказано наукові методи дослідження. Перший розділ присвячено теоретичні засади управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємства, визначено основні конкурентоспроможності, визначено параметричні характеристики конкурентної переваги, описано методи аналізу та оцінки конкурентоспроможності організації У другому розділі проведено дослідження конкурентоспроможності ПрАТ «Галактон», проведено аналіз профілю діяльності ПрАТ «Галактон», описано аналіз фінансово-економічних показників діяльності підприємства, проведена оцінка конкурентоспроможності підприємства та дослідження факторів її підвищення. У третьому розділі вказані основні шляхи шляхи підвищення конкурентоспроможності.
