Дипломна робота на тему: «Формування організаційної культури ТОВ «Золотий дим» містить 110 сторінок, 19 таблиць, 31 рисунок, 15 формул. Перелік посилань нараховує 100. У вступі визначено актуальність та практичну цінність обраної теми дослідження, основну мету та завдання дослідження, зазначено предмет та об’єкт дослідження, вказано наукові методи дослідження. Перший розділ присвячено теоретично — методичним основам організаційної культури підприємства, розкрито такі питання: сутність поняття організаційної культури, особливості формування організаційної культури на підприємствах, методи завдяки яким оцінюється організаційна культура. У другому розділі наведена загальна характеристика досліджуваного підприємства, проведено аналіз його господарської діяльності, розглянуто стан існуючої організаційної культури, проведений аналіз та оцінка ефективності організаційної культури підприємства. У третьому розділі вказані основні шляхи підвищення ефективності управління розвитком організаційної культури підприємства, розглянута тема удосконалення організаційної культури, розкрито тему організаційної соціальної відповідальності підприємства.
