| Abstract: | Communication of crew members is an integral part of flight safety as the success of the flight depends on it. The biggest causes of aviation accidents are misunderstandings between crew members and dispatchers. Ineffective communicators increase the risk of human error. Комунікація членів екіпажу є невід'ємною частиною безпеки польотів так як успіх польооту залежить від неї. Найбільшими причинами авіаційних подій є непорозуміння членів екіпажу та диспечерів між собою. Неефективні комунікатори збільшують ризик людських помилок. |
