Особливості функціонально-планувальних рішень музейно-туристичних комплексів

Abstract

У статті розглянуто та проаналізовано особливості функціональних та технологічних заходів щодо проектування музейно-туристичних комплексів. Подано загальні характеристики різних типів музейних комплексів. На основі розглянутих прикладів запропоновано узагальнення суспільних зон музейно-туристичних комплексів за функціональною приналежністю. Здійснено класифікацію кожної групи приміщень комплексу за функціональним наповненням. Узагальнені особливості функціонально-планувальної структури, взаємозв’язків та складу приміщень. Виділено основні схеми руху потоків відвідувачів.

The article deals with the features of functional and planning measures for the design of museum and tourist complexes. The general characteristics of different types of museum complexes are presented. The analysis of the experience of the functional-planning organization of museum-tourist complexes became the basis for revealing the general directions of activity: cultural-educational, scientific-research, stock, exposition, recreational, administrative, economic, service, communication. According to the activities that take place at the museum site of the multifunctional museum complex, the main functional zones of the museum site are identified: entrance, exposition, recreational, economic, united by the common communication space. Main traffic flow patterns are highlighted. The premises that form the functional processes of museum activity are indicated. The classification of compositional techniques for the decision of the communicative space is made depending on each group of premises of the complex. The generic functional and planning structure of the institution provides all the necessary conditions to create a comfortable, convenient, multi-functional environment for visitors. Based on the proposed features of building design, there are new opportunities to create versatile functional variants of building structures.
