Abstract

For modern companies, the issues of effective supply management are becoming more and more relevant. This process can be improved only under conditions of strengthening logistic integration and coordinated interaction both with external partners and between various departments within the enterprise. Supply chain management (SCM - Supply Сhain Management) is the process of organizing the planning, execution and control of the flows of raw materials, materials, work in progress, finished products, as well as providing efficient and fast service by obtaining operational information about the movement of goods. With the help of SCM, the tasks of coordination, planning and management of the processes of supply, production, storage and delivery of goods and services are solved. Supply Chain Management is the integration of key business processes, starting from the end user and covering all suppliers of goods, services and information, adding value to consumers and other stakeholders. Successful supply chain management requires a number of key requirements: leadership support, leadership, willingness to make changes, and empowering employees. Thus, Supply Chain Management is a highly interactive, comprehensive and systematic approach that requires simultaneous consideration and accounting of many exchange processes. The supply chain overlaps the boundaries of the organization, as it includes exchanges that take place both inside and outside the system. In each case, the composition of these exchanges depends on where stocks should be stored and perform certain activities . The flow of products follows the flow of information. Although information is not a process, it greatly facilitates the coordination of all chains. It should be remembered that product flows occur only after the flow of information began to circulate.

Для сучасних компаній питання ефективного управління поставками стають дедалі актуальнішими. Цей процес може бути вдосконалений лише за умови посилення логістичної інтеграції та скоординованої взаємодії як із зовнішніми партнерами, так і між різними підрозділами на підприємстві. Управління ланцюгами поставок (SCM - Supply Сhain Management) - це процес організації планування, виконання та контролю потоків сировини, матеріалів, незавершеного виробництва, готової продукції, а також надання ефективного та швидкого обслуговування шляхом отримання оперативної інформації про рух товарів. За допомогою СКМ вирішуються завдання координації, планування та управління процесами постачання, виробництва, зберігання та доставки товарів та послуг. Управління ланцюгами поставок - це інтеграція ключових бізнес-процесів, починаючи від кінцевого споживача і охоплюючи всіх постачальників товарів, послуг та інформації, додаючи вартість для споживачів та інших зацікавлених сторін. Успішне управління ланцюгами поставок вимагає ряду ключових вимог: підтримка керівництва, керівництво, готовність до змін та розширення можливостей працівників. Таким чином, управління ланцюгами поставок - це високоінтерактивний, комплексний та систематизований підхід, що вимагає одночасного розгляду та обліку багатьох обмінних процесів. Ланцюг поставок перекриває межі організації, оскільки включає обмін, що відбувається як усередині системи, так і поза нею. У кожному випадку склад цих бірж залежить від того, де слід зберігати запаси та виконувати певні види діяльності. Потік продукції слід за потоком інформації. Хоча інформація не є процесом, вона значно полегшує координацію всіх ланцюгів. Слід пам’ятати, що потоки продукції виникають лише після того, як потік інформації почав циркулювати.
