Method of the forwarding company inventory management automation

Abstract

Inventories are the most expensive elements of logistics systems (LS), because they are not only "frozen" means, but also require significant costs for their maintenance and replenishment. Therefore, the constant development of logistics systems of a typical transport enterprise, in particular, systems of automated management of material resources (MR), is an urgent task. Consumer demand is random and non-stationary, because it is not known in advance when and in what typical transport company will need this or that taxation or equipment. Effective inventory management in real conditions involves the logistics of a large set of various factors, often uncertain in nature. Prompt solution of these complex problems is not always possible, primarily due to the limited psychophysiological capabilities of logistics and the need for real-time decision-making. The way out of this situation is the use of automation in the process of drug inventory management, ie the use of automated inventory management systems of material resources. The development and implementation of automated control systems in the process of inventory management of a typical transport enterprise is an urgent task. The object of study is the process of functioning of the automated management system (AMS) of MR stocks of a typical freight forwarding enterprise The subject of research is a method of synthesis of AMS by MR reserves a typical freight forwarding company. The purpose of the study there is a reduction of the total expenses arising in the course of functioning of multilevel systems, due to creation and use of the automated control systems (AMS) of stocks of material resources.

Запаси є найдорожчими елементами логістичних систем (ЛС), оскільки вони не тільки є «замороженими» засобами, а й вимагають значних витрат на їх обслуговування та поповнення. Тому постійний розвиток логістичних систем типового транспортного підприємства, зокрема, систем автоматизованого управління матеріальними ресурсами (ЗМ), є актуальним завданням. Споживчий попит є випадковим і нестаціонарним, оскільки заздалегідь невідомо, коли і в якому типовому транспортному підприємстві знадобляться ті чи інші податки чи обладнання. Ефективне управління запасами в реальних умовах передбачає логістику великого набору різноманітних факторів, часто невизначених за своїм характером. Оперативне вирішення цих складних проблем не завжди можливо, в першу чергу через обмежені психофізіологічні можливості логістики та необхідність прийняття рішень у режимі реального часу. Виходом із цієї ситуації є використання автоматизації в процесі управління запасами лікарських засобів, тобто використання автоматизованих систем управління запасами матеріальних ресурсів. Розробка та впровадження автоматизованих систем управління в процесі управління запасами типового транспортного підприємства є актуальним завданням. Об'єктом дослідження є процес функціонування автоматизованої системи управління (АСУ) запасів МР типового транспортно-експедиційного підприємства Предметом дослідження є метод синтезу АМС МР резервами типової експедиторської компанії. Метою дослідження є зменшення загальних витрат, що виникають у процесі функціонування багаторівневих систем, за рахунок створення та використання автоматизованих систем управління (АСУ) запасів матеріальних ресурсів.
