Abstract

Learning profession-oriented foreign language is an integral part of students’ preparing for the transition from learning a foreign language as a subject to its practical use for the professional purpose. The objective of teaching “Foreign Language for Specific Purpose” for students of the speciality 162 “Biotechnology and Bioengineering” is step-by-step formation of the main components of students’ professional foreign language competence.
