17th of March 2023, the International Criminal Court (hereinafter ICC)
finally took a step closer to find publicly guilty the president of russia Vladimir
Putin and Maria Alekseyeva Lvova-Belova for committing the unlawful
deportations of children and transfer them from the occupied territory of
Ukraine to Russia [1]. ICC based on Article 8(2)(a)(vii) treated these actions as
unlawful deportation or unlawful commitment and found Putin as individual
bearer of criminal responsibility.
