    Neither company can exist without customer service. Customer Service is the support which the company provides to customers before and after purchase. The aim is to bring more value than the core service that customers need and bring the most satisfaction to customers. The support goes far beyond the capabilities of the call center operator, available through e-mail, chat on the website or in the application, in messengers and social networks. Often, support works around the clock –a customer can ask a question at any time and in any way he likes, and he will receive an answer.

    Economic development depends primarily on the integration of the country's foreign economic policy with the world economy; active involvement of public and private business entities in international trade; state regulation of foreign trade; active export-import activity; creation of favorable conditions aimed at accelerating foreign trade turnover and creating conditions favorable to legal trade, it becomes obvious that a significant role in the implementation of this direction is played by monitoring compliance with the provisions of customs legislation, which is carried out using a risk management system.

    Незважаючи на суттєві зміни в статусі жінок у суспільстві, які відбуваються в багатьох країнах світу протягом століття, одна з найгостріших проблем досі залишається відкритою. Вона полягає в наявності бар’єрів на шляху жінок до посади в управлінських структурах. У сучасному світі це явище отримало назву «скляної стелі». Здатність до управлінської діяльності – це та здібність, до якої у своїй більшості долучаються чоловіки. Тому питання збільшення кількості жінок у ролі управлінця має велике практичне значення, оскільки жінка олюднює управлінську діяльність. Жіночий почерк у керуванні несе нові підходи до вирішення проблем, стиль, вплив; жіночий почерк у керуванні має інноваційний характер.
