International transportation can be direct (without reloading operations), mixed (using two or more modes of transport), direct mixed (using different modes of transport, but according to common transport documents). International transport services include not only the transportation activity itself, but also a number of related operations (delivery of cargo to the nearest cargo terminal - port, railway junction, etc.; loading, reloading, unloading of transported goods or baggage; temporary storage at intermediate points, re-issuance of documents, and sometimes insurance). The costs associated with paying for mainline modes of transport and related operations are the transport costs of the cargo owner. This solution leads to greater specialization as a result of the division of tasks between the individual members of the chain, reduced operating costs, risk sharing, benefits and information related to the actions taken, as well as the integration of actions and effective cooperation in order to better serve the end customer and gain a competitive advantage. The formation of a market economy in Ukraine, the search for and improvement of new forms of management determine the urgency of the problem of increasing the competitiveness of enterprise products. A significant role in increasing competitiveness is played by the ability to respond quickly to customer needs, which is possible with clear management of supply chains. Supply chain management is one of the central and important areas of research due to its impact on modern competition between firms in the global economy. To assist managers, the concept of supply chain management has been adopted by many business leaders as an important tool in the development, planning and control of networks of facilities and tasks that are part of many elements of supply chains. Therefore, the analysis of the advantages and adaptation of this concept for modern market conditions in Ukraine is extremely important and promising. Thus, in order to increase the efficiency of the production process, it is necessary to accurately identify possible ways to develop supply chain management in the enterprise.Item New trends in transport logistics(National Aviation University, 2020-11-27) Shevchenko, Yuliya; Kozak, Liliya; Tyshko, Daniil; Шевченко, Юлія ВікторівнаToday, many large Ukrainian transport companies are increasingly beginning to implement new trends in transport logistics for Ukraine to improve skills and improve customer service. There are 5 main trends affecting the development of transport logistics. Taking them into account, the enterprises of the transport and logistics industry can adjust the strategy of their development. Production becomes closer to the final consumer. Recently, there has been a tendency to transfer production capacity to countries closer to the customer's country. For example, China has moved its production to Europe, due to the growth of labor in Europe and rising transport costs in China itself. Therefore, in about two years we can expect the emergence of new solutions for trade routes, including new services and infrastructure. Capacity transfer allows to reduce costs not only for production, but also for logistics.
