Although, because the statement is relatively young, there is a number of meanings as well as opposite opinions regarding to the ecological logistics terms.

    Improvement of the logistics staff motivation system

    The thesis is devoted to the motivation of employees in the logistics sector, which is a key factor in the success of a company. The main theories of motivation, in particular the theories of Abraham Maslow and Frederick Herzberg, and their application in logistics are considered. Challenges related to motivation of logistics personnel and examples of effective strategies of Amazon, DHL, Walmart and Toyota are analyzed. Conclusions are drawn on how these strategies can improve the efficiency of logistics processes in Ukrainian companies.
