    Rules of air transportation of passengers and luggage certain categories of passengers and their features are determined transportation or refusal to provide transportation services. Special categories of passengers (SCPs) - are passengers who require special conditions, assistance and/or special devices during the flight, and whose situation requires appropriate attention and adaptation to their special needs. These passengers are prohibited from assigning and occupying seats that allow direct access to emergency exits or where their presence may interfere with crew members in the performance of their duties, impede access to emergency equipment or prevent the evacuation of aircraft.

    Prospects of development og ground handling at Boryspil airport

    The airport is located 29 km southeast of Kiev and 6 km from the center of Boryspil . The passenger terminals and the Boryspil-Airport railway station are located in the city of Boryspil , and the runways are located within the Boryspil district of the Kyiv region . Boryspil International Airport has two runways with a length of 4,000 m and 3,500 m and four passenger terminals (of which only two newer ones are in operation, "D" and "F"). The main runway 18L / 36R with a length of 4000 meters and a width of 60 meters can accommodate aircraft of all types around the clock, including in conditions of limited inspection during bad weather and icе.
