    Selecting the optimal method of pharmatheutical waste disposal

    The need to consume pharmaceuticals is growing every year. Due to the increase in demand, chemical and pharmaceutical companies are expanding, and the amount of waste generated in the production process is increasing accordingly. A significant number of pharmaceutical products are made on a plant basis, which leads to the generation of large volumes of waste in the form of plant meal, which companies utilize by landfilling. Composting, which is widely used in developed countries as an optimal method of waste management and gradual replacement of pesticides, is a promising area of organic waste disposal. The purpose of the study is to analyze current disposal methods and determine an environmentally friendly method of pharmaceutical waste disposal that will significantly improve the environment.
