    The article examines the processes of harmonization of the economic and organizational basis for the operation of airlines and the transport system, which theoretically makes it possible for the country to access advanced European technologies. It is scientifically substantiated that for the successful development of an aviation enterprise it is necessary to coordinate the strategy of personnel management and the strategy of entrepreneurship among themselves.
