In recent years, the concept of skills has played a dominant role in the personal management system. Skill means a set of characteristics of the performer of a specific part of production activities, necessary for the effective performance of relevant working a particular workplace, due to the fact that such performer has the necessary knowledge, know-how, skills, experience, socio-personal qualities.
