Abstract

Дана навчальна дисципліна є теоретичною та практичною основою сукупності знань та вмінь, що формують профіль фахівця з менеджменту. Метою викладання дисципліни є формування у майбутніх фахівців сучасного управлінського мислення та системи спеціальних знань у сфері управління бізнес-процесами в міжнародному авіаційному середовищі, в тому числі ознайомлення зі специфікою діяльності сучасних авіакомпаній та аеропортів.

This educational discipline is the theoretical and practical basis of the set of knowledge and skills that form the profile of a management specialist. The purpose of teaching the discipline is the formation of modern managerial thinking and a system of special knowledge in the field of business process management in the international aviation environment in future specialists, including familiarization with the specifics of the activities of modern airlines and airports.
