Development of aircraft control system elements from polymeric composite materials

Abstract

This qualification paper is dedicated to analysis of the aircraft control system, study its components and consideration of the features and properties of polymer composite materials to use them in it. In the work were performed the manufacturing of material samples, a series of strength tests, and analysis of the data obtained. The novelty of the results is the presentation of experimental data on the strength of these materials. The practical value of the work lies in the possibility of implementing the results obtained in the practice of aircraft design units, as well as in training programs related to aircraft design and the use of polymer composite materials in aircraft construction.

Дана кваліфікаційна робота присвячена аналізу системи керування повітряним судном, вивченню її компонентів, розгляду особливостей та властивостей полімерних композитних матеріалів з метої їх застосування в даній системі. В роботі було здійснено виготовлення зразків матеріалів, проведення серії випробувань на міцність, аналіз отриманих даних. Новизна отриманих результатів полягає в представленні експериментальних даних про міцність цих матеріалів. Практична цінність роботи полягає в можливості впровадження отриманих результатів у практику авіаційних конструкторських підрозділів, а також в навчальних програмах, пов'язаних з проектуванням повітряних суден та використанням полімерних композитних матеріалів у авіабудуванні.
