Abstract

Дана навчальна дисципліна є теоретичною та практичною основою сукупності знань та вмінь, що формують профіль фахівця з менеджменту. Метою викладання дисципліни є оволодінням студентами теорією та практикою результативного управління організацією у мінливих умовах соціально-економічного оточення; інституційними оволодінням практичними знаннями та набуття практичних навичок із організації процесу управління змінами; формування належних практичних вмінь і навичок застосування універсального інструментарію розробки та реалізації універсальних проектів з метою досягнення ефективного існування та розвитку організації; формування системи знань з теорії та методології управління якістю; принципів побудови та функціонування систем управління якістю; вивчення нормативно-правових, організаційних та економічних питань щодо управління якістю.

This educational discipline is the theoretical and practical basis of the set of knowledge and skills that form the profile of a management specialist. The purpose of teaching the discipline is for students to master the theory and practice of effective organization management in the changing conditions of the socio-economic environment; institutional acquisition of practical knowledge and acquisition of practical skills in the organization of the change management process; formation of appropriate practical skills and skills in the application of universal tools for the development and implementation of universal projects in order to achieve the effective existence and development of the organization; formation of a system of knowledge on the theory and methodology of quality management; principles of building and functioning of quality management systems; study of regulatory, organizational and economic issues related to quality management.
