Розвиток контейнерних мультимодальних систем

Abstract

Дослідження показує, що розвиток контейнерних перевезень знаходиться під впливом зростаючої уваги до захист у навколишнього середовища та залежить від скоординованої взаємодії всіх елементів транспортної системи. В статті проаналізовано синергетичний взаємозв’язок між відправниками, перевізниками, терміналами і отримувачами вантажів в контейнерах. Сформульовані основні напрямки синергетичного розвитку контейнерних мультимодальних систем. Розглянуто технологічні та організаційні бар’єри, що пов’язані з впровадженням інформаційно-комунікаційної системи мультимодальних перевезень контейнерів.

The study shows that the development of container transportation is influenced by the growing attention to environmental protection and the coordinated interaction of all elements of the transport system. The synergetic relationship between shippers, carriers, terminals and consignees in containers has analysed. The synergy of business operations, management, equipment and facilities, as well as subsystems of information interaction guide the evolution of the entire system to achieve the goals of overall efficiency, sustainable development, profit and quality. The main directions of synergetic development of container multimodal systems are formulated. Technological and organizational barriers related to the implementation of the information and communication system of multimodal container transportation have considered. Information and communication systems aim to reduce uncertainty in each link of the multimodal transport chain and to improve operational efficiency between different modes of communication.
