Abstract

Дана дисципліна є складовою теоретичною основою знань та вмінь для вивчення технологічних дисциплін підготовки фахівців в галузі транспортних технологій. Метою викладення дисципліни є розкриття сучасних наукових понять, методів та технологій сучасної концепції людського фактору у діяльності авіатранспортної системи. Завданнями вивчення навчальної дисципліни є опанування: - теоретичними знаннями щодо характеристик та обмежень людини як об’єкта досліджень; - основами впливу характеристик та обмежень людини на безпеку польотів; - впливу характеристик навколишнього та робочого середовища на працездатність людини; - впливу національної та корпоративної культури, рівня підготовки членів екіпажу на безпеку польотів; - системою управління безпекою польотів; - методів розслідування авіаційних подій та інцидентів та ролі людського фактору у них.

This discipline is a component of the theoretical basis of knowledge and skills for studying technological disciplines for training specialists in the field of transport technologies. The purpose of teaching the discipline is to reveal modern scientific concepts, methods and technologies of the modern concept of the human factor in the activities of the air transport system. The objectives of studying the discipline are to master: - theoretical knowledge of the characteristics and limitations of a person as an object of research; - the basics of the impact of human characteristics and restrictions on Flight Safety; - influence of environmental and working environment characteristics on Human Performance; - influence of national and corporate culture, the level of training of crew members on Flight Safety; - flight safety management system; - methods of investigation of aviation accidents and incidents and the role of the human factor in them.
