Abstract

Цивільна авіація в процесі реалізації своїх функцій стикається з проблемою авіаційної безпеки. Безпека — це стан складної системи, коли дія зовнішніх і внутрішніх факторів не призводить до погіршення системи або неможливість її функціонування та розвитку. У цивільній авіації є багато сфер застосування цього поняття, що відрізняються за своїм фізичним змістом і предметним змістом. Одним з таких напрямків є авіаційна безпека. Наразі авіаційна безпека, як наукова галузь включає комплекс науково-методичних засобів вирішення проблем, які можна віднести до слабо формалізованих. Це визначається низкою протиріч, які виникають у системі авіаційної безпеки. Формальний опис цих питань є досить складною і багатовимірною проблемою.

In civil aviation, there are many areas of application of this concept, which differ in their physical content and substantive content. One such area is aviation security. Currently, aviation security as a scientific field includes a set of scientific and methodological tools for solving problems that can be classified as poorly formalized. This is determined by a number of contradictions that arise in the aviation security system.
