Abstract

Дана навчальна дисципліна є теоретичною основою сукупності знань та вмінь , що формують міжнародний профіль фахівця в області галузі знань міжнародні відносини, що допоможе студентам оволодіти основними поняттями кроскультурного менеджменту, дати комплексне уявлення про можливості ефективного управління в організаціях з різними культурами і в міжнародних компаніях; знайомити з ключовими проблемами кроскультурного менеджменту; підвищити культуру психологічного мислення, рівень піпготовки до майбутньої професійної діяльності. Метою викладання навчальної дисципліни є національні моделі менеджменту, схожість та різниця між ними, визначеність культурних особливостей країн і регіонів.

This discipline is the theoretical basis of a set of knowledge and skills that form the international profile of a specialist in the field of knowledge of international relations, which will help students master the basic concepts of cross-cultural management, give a comprehensive understanding of effective management in organizations with different cultures and international companies; to acquaint with key problems of cross-cultural management; to increase the culture of psychological thinking, the level of preparation for future professional activity. The purpose of teaching the discipline is the national models of management, similarities and differences between them, the definition of cultural characteristics of countries and regions.
