Управління альтернативними ланцюгами постачання паливно-мастильних матеріалів

Abstract

Розглянуто основні підходи до управління альтернативними ланцюгами постачання паливно-мастильних матеріалів. Дослідження умов та можливостей стратегічного управління ланцюгами постачання паливно-мастильних матеріалів. Були розроблені пропозиції щодо використання водних шляхів транспортування паливно-мастильних матеріалів ТОВ «БНК-Україна». Матеріали рекомендується використовувати під час проведення наукових досліджень, у навчальному процесі та в практичній діяльності фахівців логістичних підрозділів.

The thesis deals with the main approaches to the management of alternative supply chains for fuels and lubricants. The purpose of this thesis: - analyze the activity of the enterprise LLC «BNK-Ukraine»; - describe the possibilities of designing alternative supply chains for fuels and lubricants. The contents of the diploma consist of a research of conditions and possibilities of strategic management of supply chains of fuels and lubricants. The main goal of this work is searching for alternative supply chains for fuels and lubricants. There are proposals for the use of waterways for transportation of fuels and lubricants LLC «BNK-Ukraine» in the design and advisory part of the diploma project. Materials of the thesis are recommended for use during scientific research, in the educational process and in the practical work of specialists of logistics departments.
