Підхід до оцінювання якості медичних послуг

Abstract

Запропонований метод оцінювання якості медичних послуг на засадах кваліметрії залежно від суб'єктів оцінювання, а саме: пацієнтів, керівництва медичного закладу і органів дер. влади. Метод базується на основі сукупності рівнянь багатометричної лінійної регресії, які дають можливість урахувати та аналізувати вплив різних чинників на якість медичних послуг залежно від суб'єктів оцінювання. Розроблено методику оцінювання якості медичних послуг.

The method of estimation of quality of medical services on the basis of qualimetry depending on subjects of estimation is efowed! Stibjects evalvated are divided into three groups. For each group, quality indicators are defmed that cheracterize the needs of each group, The evaluators comprise the needs of patests, the management of the medica institution ond the state authodtes. For each subject. 0. mathomatice! equation based on uit parametiic regression is developed. The pecuiarity fof each equation is to take ini account the actors wfluencing the quality of medical services of this particular group. Quatimetric method is used for quantitative assessment of the quatity of anedical services. On the basis of processed stastics, the coefficients for each group were determined. We have checked each regression model for Fisher's criterion adequacy. Proposed and tested model equations have become the basis for developing a medhodology for assessing the quality of medical servise. The proposed approach to the assessment of the quality of heath services provides an opportanity to quantity the quantify of the provision of medical services to consumers in a specific medical institution for diferent groups of subjects.
