Abstract: | Introduction. The Cadet Grove is a historic site at the suburban residence of the Metropolitan of Kiev at Shulyavka, through which the right tributary of the Lybid River flows. The name is derived from the erected on this site in 1849-1857 Vladimir Cadet Corps. The territory stretches between Solomenka, Chokolivka and Shulyavka, occupying some of the modern May Day residential area and Povitroflotsky Prospect. The site has a convenient location near multi-storey residential complexes, convenient transportation, diverse terrain, so this area can be attractive for the development of a park area in an urban environment. The goal of the work. Provide suggestions on the historical stylization of the territory with a focus on the subject of the Cadet Grove, the creation of a theme park, which combines recreation, entertainment, attractions, landscaping areas and more. For the placement of the children's gaming and entertaining complex "KADET" a site was selected, which requires carrying out a complex of works on engineering training (drainage, site planning, etc.). |
