Розглянуто особливості стратегічного управління ними. Узагальнено перелік завдань, покладених в основу стратегічного управління бізнес-процесами; виділено інструменти стратегічного управління бізнес-процесами інноваційного розвитку. Запропоновано процедуру стратегічного управління інноваційністю бізнес-процесів підприємства на конкурентних ринках. Запропоновано модель створення та реалізації стратегічного управління інноваційністю бізнес-процесів інноваційним розвитком підприємств, яке його орієнтує на ефективне функціонування на підставі впровадження новітніх технологій у виробничу й управлінську діяльність при реалізації сукупності бізнес-процесів.The article explores and generalizes the concepts and essence of strategic management of of innovativeness of business processes at enterprise. The specifics of strategic management of them are considered. The list of tasks that form the basis of the strategic business processes management is generalized; the instruments of strategic management of the business processes of innovative development are allocated. A procedure for the strategic management of innovativeness of business processes of enterprise in competitive markets is proposed.
