Захист викривачів корупції: українські реалії та міжнародний досвід

Abstract

У статті досліджено законодавче регулювання механізму захисту викривачів корупції в Україні. Авторами проаналізовано прогалини у законодавстві щодо захисту даних категорій осіб. Висвітлено механізм захисту викривачів інформації в зарубіжних країнах, на прикладі США, Японії та Південної Кореї.The article deals with the legislative regulation of the mechanism for the protection of whistleblowers in Ukraine, namely the legal implementation of the notion of «whistleblower of corruption». The authors analyzed the gaps in the legislation on the protection of whistleblowers. The mechanism of protection of whistleblowers in foreign countries is illustrated by the example of the USA, Japan and South Korea.
