Abstract

В останні роки спостерігається тенденція цифрової трансформації фінансової екосистеми. Це обумовлено стрімким розвитком цифрової економіки; використанням великих баз даних, штучного інтелекту, блокчейну, гібридних (онлайн і офлайн) форм діяльності; формуванням електронних платформ та інфраструктури; застосуванням інноваційних та інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій, фінансових інструментів для підвищення рівня інформаційної та кібернетичної безпеки; активізацією глобальних процесів перебудови фінансової екосистеми і зміни потреб учасників ринків фінансових послуг тощо. Отже, усі трансформації продиктовані новими викликами, що стимулюють зростання кількості діджитал-операцій і формують попит на цифрові продукти і сервіси у фінансовому секторі.In recent years, there has been a trend of digital transformation of the financial ecosystem. This is due to the rapid development of the digital economy; the use of large databases, artificial intelligence, blockchain, hybrid (online and offline) forms of activity; the formation of electronic platforms and infrastructure; application of innovative and information and communication technologies, financial instruments to increase the level of information and cyber security; intensification of global processes of restructuring the financial ecosystem and changing needs of financial services market participants, etc. Thus, all transformations are dictated by new challenges that stimulate the growth of the number of digital operations and create demand for digital products and services in the in the financial sector.
