Пуризм у термінології: український досвід

Abstract

Питання пуризму і його ролі в розвитку мови досліджено фрагментарно. Окремих студій, присвячених цій проблемі, мало. Тривалий час явище пуризму, який є неминучим на етапі становлення та зміцнення літературної мови, однобічно трактувалося як негативне. Мета роботи – простежити пуристичні тенденції у формуванні термінології української мови.The issue of purism and its role in the development of the language has been studied fragmentarily. There are few separate studies devoted to this problem. For a long time, the phenomenon of purism, which is inevitable at the stage of of the formation and strengthening of the literary language, has long been unilaterally interpreted as negative. The purpose of the paper is to trace purist tendencies in the formation of the terminology of the Ukrainian language.
