Правові цінності як ключ до успішної євроінтеграції України

Abstract

Сучасний світовий розвиток країн характеризується активізацією інтеграційних процесів у світі та Європі зокрема. Початок третього тисячоліття вже ознаменувався глобалізацією суспільного розвитку; зближенням націй, народів, держав; переходом людства до новітніх науково-інформаційних технологій, високих економіко-технологічних укладів; загостренням конкуренції регіонів, націй, держав, окремих громадян; докорінною зміною підходів до освітньої політики в цілому, захисту прав та основоположних свобод людини, тобто актуалізацією правових цінностей.The current global development of countries is characterised by the intensification of integration processes in the world and Europe in particular. The beginning of the third millennium has already been marked by the globalisation of social development; rapprochement of nations, peoples, and states; humanity's transition to the latest scientific and information technologies, high economic and technological ways; intensification of competition between regions, nations, states, and individual citizens; radical changes in approaches to educational policy in general, protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms, i.e. actualisation of legal values.
