Імплементація програмних продуктів в систему корпоративного управління ланцюгами постачання міжнародної логістичної компанії

Abstract

У дипломній роботі розглянуто основні підходи до управління ланцюгами постачання в міжнародній логістичній компанії. Ціль роботи – розробка рекомендацій щодо процесу імплементації програмних продуктів в систему корпоративного управління ланцюгами постачання міжнародної логістичної компанії В теоретичному розділі була розглянута сутність програмного забезпечення, що використовуються для різного роду задач в управлінні ланцюгами постачання, їх еволюція, а також аналіз запропонованих на ринку рішень. Щодо аналітичного розділу – то в ньому показано аналіз представлених на ринку програних рішень для управління ланцюгами постачання, а також особливості Microsoft Dynamics 365, проведена характеристика компанії Broekman Logistics. У проектно-рекомендаційній частині дипломного проекту були розглянуті позитивні ефекти від імплементації Microsoft Dynamics 365 для компанії Broekman Logistics шляхом вирішення наступних задач: - опис методології впровадження Microsoft Dynamics 365 в систему управління ланцюгами постачання логістичної компанії; - розглянуто застосування методології впровадження Microsoft Dynamics 365 для компанії Broekman Logistics; - визначене економічне обґрунтування доцільності Впровадження Microsoft. Матеріали дипломної роботи рекомендуються використовувати під час проведення наукових досліджень, у навчальному процесі та в практичній діяльності фахівців логістичних підрозділів.The thesis deals with the main approaches to the management of supply chains in an international logistics company. The purpose of this thesis is to develop recommendations for the process of implementation of software products in the system of corporate supply chain management of an international logistics company: In the theoretical section the essence of the software used for various tasks in management of supply chains, their evolution, and the analysis of the decisions offered in the market was considered. As for the analytical section, it shows the analysis of the lost solutions for supply chain management presented on the market, as well as the features of Microsoft Dynamics 365, a description of Broekman Logistics. In the design and advisory part of the diploma project considered the positive effects of the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Broekman Logistics by solving the following tasks: - description of the methodology of implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 in the supply chain management system of the logistics company; - the application of the implementation methodology of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Broekman Logistics is considered; - the economic substantiation of expediency of Implementation of Microsoft is defined. Materials of the thesis are recommended for use during scientific research, in the educational process and in the practical work of specialists of logistics departments.
