Abstract

Дана навчальна дисципліна є теоретичною та практичною основою сукупності знань та вмінь, що формують профіль фахівця в галузі документознавства та інформаційної діяльності, здатного ефективно керувати комунікаціями в організаційній системі будь-якого виду: структурному підрозділі організації, в підприємстві, зокрема сфери інформаційної, бібліотечної та архівної справи, організовувати доцільну взаємодію для забезпечення виробничих процесів, позиціонування організаційної системи в зовнішньому інформаційному середовищі. Мета викладання навчальної дисципліни у контексті спеціальності з урахуванням вимог стандарту вищої освіти полягає у вивченні природи, сутності, змісту форм, видів, законів, закономірностей управління комунікативними процесами.

This educational discipline is the theoretical and practical basis of a set of knowledge and skills that form the profile of a specialist in the field of document studies and information activities, who is able to effectively manage communications in an organizational system of any kind: a structural unit of an organization, in an enterprise, in particular in the fields of information, library and archival matters, organize appropriate interaction to ensure production processes, positioning of the organizational system in the external information environment. The purpose of teaching an academic discipline in the context of a specialty, taking into account the requirements of the higher education standard, is to study the nature, essence, content of forms, types, laws, and regularities of managing communicative processes.
