Дипломна робота присвячена дослідженню стратегії розвитку підприємства ТОВ БАКМЕД, розглядається сутність та види стратегій розвитку підприємства, проведено стратегічний аналіз який є передумовою формування стратегії розвитку підприємства, визначено особливості формування розвитку стратегії підприємства, му розділі розглянуто фінансово-економічний та стратегічний аналіз діяльності ТОВ БАКМЕД, проведено аналіз показників ділової активності та фінансової стійкості, здійснено аналіз внутрішнього та зовнішнього середовища, складено профіль підприємства та проведено оцінку конкурентоспроможності підприємства, стратегію розвитку підприємства та етапи її реалізації, проведено оцінку стратегічного потенціалу та економічного ефекту від реалізації стратегії ТОВ БАКМЕД.
