Кадровий менеджмент ТОВ Корпорація Промстан та шляхи його удосконалення

Abstract

Дипломна робота присвячена дослідженню проблемних аспектів управління персоналу та вибору напрямів щодо удосконалення кадрового менеджменту ТОВ Корпорація Промстан. У вступі визначено актуальність та практичну цінність обраної теми дослідження, основну мету та завдання дослідження, зазначено предмет та об’єкт дослідження, вказано наукові методи дослідження. Перший розділ присвячено теоретичним основам управління персоналом та методичним підходам до її оцінки. У другому розділі наведена загальна характеристика ТОВ Корпорація Промстан, проведено аналіз його фінансово-економічних показників діяльності, існуючого стану відділу управління персоналом. У третьому розділі вказано напрями удосконалення кадрового менеджменту ТОВ Корпорація Промстан, та проведено оцінку результативності запропонованих заходів.

The thesis is devoted to the study of problematic aspects of personnel management and the choice of directions for the improvement of personnel management of Promstan Corporation LLC. The introduction defines the relevance and practical value of the selected research topic, the main goal and task of the research, the subject and object of the research, and the scientific methods of the research. The first chapter is devoted to the theoretical foundations of personnel management and methodical approaches to its assessment. In the second section, the general characteristics of Promstan Corporation LLC are given, an analysis of its financial and economic indicators of activity, the current state of the personnel management department is carried out. In the third section, directions for improving personnel management of Promstan Corporation LLC are indicated, and the effectiveness of the proposed measures is evaluated.
