Управління конкурентоспроможністю ПП Хімлайн в умовах невизначеності та ризику

Abstract

Дослідження присвячене аналізу конкурентоспроможності вітчизняного підприємства, її оцінці та розробленню рекомендацій щодо покращення на базі приватного підприємства Хімлайн. У вступі визначено актуальність та практичну цінність обраної теми кваліфікаційної роботи, основну мету та завдання дослідження, зазначено предмет та об’єкт дослідження, вказано наукові методи дослідження. Перший розділ присвячено теоретичним основам конкурентоспроможності: розкрито сутність поняття, визначено фактори впливу, проаналізовано методи оцінки рівня конкурентоспроможності. У другому розділі наведена загальна характеристика досліджуваного підприємства, проведено аналіз його фінансово-економічної діяльності, а також здійснена оцінка конкурентоспроможності підприємства. У третьому розділі визначено значення ризику та невизначеності як елементу конкурентоспроможності та запропоновано основні заходи щодо покращення рівня конкурентоспроможності для ефективного управління в умовах невизначеності та ризику. У виснoвку зазначені oснoвні результати виконаного дослідження і надані конкретні прoпoзиції щодо реалізації завдань кваліфікаційної рoбoти.

The study is devoted to the analysis of the competitiveness of the domestic enterprise, its assessment and the development of recommendations for improvement based on the private enterprise "Chemline". The introduction defines the relevance and practical value of the chosen topic of the qualification work, the main goal and task of the research, the subject and object of the research, and the scientific methods of the research are specified. The first chapter is devoted to the theoretical foundations of competitiveness: the essence of the concept is revealed, influencing factors are defined, methods of assessing the level of competitiveness are analyzed. In the second chapter, the general characteristics of the investigated enterprise are given, an analysis of its financial and economic activity is carried out, and an assessment of the enterprise's competitiveness is carried out. The third chapter defines the importance of risk and uncertainty as an element of competitiveness and proposes the main measures to improve the level of competitiveness for effective management in conditions of uncertainty and risk. In the conclusion, the main results of the performed research are indicated and specific proposals are given regarding the implementation of the tasks of the qualification work.
