Abstract

Production structures are large-scale structures where they are positioned manufacturing lines and provided conditions for the work process and full-fledged equipment operation. Industrial buildings can be typical or unique, and consist of one or more objects. Construction of industrial buildings is carried out in strict accordance with the regulated norms. Industrial buildings must meet fire safety requirements and be able to withstand loads that arise in the production process, have an attractive appearance. The project includes an industrial building. From an administrative point of view the object is located in the Kyiv region, in the countryside. The terrain is hilly with declining to the northeast. The construction site is partially occupied existing buildings and underground communications. The master plan is developed in accordance with the technological scheme and with compliance with applicable norms and rules. Vertical planning is decided taking into account the technology of works, topographic conditions of the area, taking into account the projected highway, which provides departures. Vertical planning takes into account the relief of the area and is solved by local backfilling of access roads and sites to the marks, dictated by the minimum rise of the building above the axis of the approach track. The project provides for the construction of sites for technical equipment and auxiliary buildings, as well as the use of existing buildings for equipment location. Architectural solutions for buildings are accepted taking into account the construction and climatic conditions of the construction area. The design of buildings and structures is based on technological plans for the application of typical solutions, the supply of equipment is maximal factory readiness, typification and unification of structures and nodes.

Виробничі конструкції - це великогабаритні споруди, де позиціонуються лінії мануфактури і передбачені умови для робочого процесу і повноцінної роботи обладнання. Промислові будівлі можуть бути типовими або унікальними, і складатися з одного або декількох об'єктів. Будівництво промислових будівель здійснюється в суворій відповідності з регламентованими нормами. Промислові будівлі повинні відповідати вимогам пожежної безпеки, вміти витримувати навантаження, які виникають в процесі виробництва, мати привабливий зовнішній вигляд. У проекті розроблена промислова будівля. З адміністративної точки зору об'єкт знаходиться в Київській області, на ріллі. Рельєф місцевості горбистий з занепадом на північний схід. Будівельний майданчик частково зайнятий існуючими будівлями і підземними комунікаціями. Генеральний план розробляється відповідно до технологічної схемою і з дотриманням чинних норм і правил. Вертикальне планування вирішується з урахуванням технології робіт, топографічних умов місцевості з урахуванням проектованої магістралі, яка передбачає виїзди. Вертикальне планування враховується рельєф місцевості і вирішується локальною засипкою під'їзних шляхів і майданчиків до позначок, продиктованих мінімальним підйомом будівлі над віссю під'їзної колії. Проектом передбачено будівництво майданчиків для технічного оснащення та допоміжних будівель, а також використання існуючих будівель для розташування обладнання. Архітектурні рішення щодо будівель приймаються з урахуванням будівельно-кліматичних умов будівельної площі. Проектування будівель і споруд базується на технологічних плануваннях для застосування типових рішень, постачання обладнання максимальної заводської готовності, типізації та уніфікації конструкцій і вузлів.
