Digital-технології у професійному навчанні Державного центру зайнятості

Abstract

Дипломна робота присвячена дослідженню рівня застосування digital-технологій у професійному навчанні Державного центру зайнятості. У вступі визначено актуальність обраної теми, основну мету та завдання, зазначено предмет та об’єкт, вказано наукові методи дослідження. У першому розділі розглянуто теоретичні підходи до визначення професійно-технічної освіти, сучасний рівнень впровадження digital-технологій у систему освіти. Наведено поняття та форми дистанційної форми освіти. Досліджено питання створення та розвитку навчальних дистанційних курсів як складової дистанційної освіти. У другому розділі наведена загальна характеристика та комплексний аналіз господарської діяльності Державної служби зайнятості. Розглянуті основні теоретичні положення по темі даної дослідницької роботи, а також проведений детальний аналіз впровадження digital-технологій у процес професійного навчання у навчальних закладах Державної служби зайнятості України. У третьому розділі розглянуто чинники поширення дистанційної форми освіти, внесено пропозицію щодо підвищення рівня впровадження digital-технологій у процес професійного навчання, проведена оцінка економічного ефекту запропонованих заходів. У висновку надані основні теоретичні положення, оцінка результатів дослідження та пропозиції щодо удосконалення дистанційної форми навчання.

Thesis is devoted to the study of the level of application of digital technologies in vocational training of the State Employment Center. The introduction identifies the relevance of the selected topic, the main purpose and objectives, indicates the subject and object, indicates the research methods. The first section considers theoretical approaches to the definition of vocational education, modern levels of implementation of digital technologies in the education system. The concepts and forms of distance education are given. The issue of creation and development of distance learning courses as a component of distance education is investigated. The second section provides a general description and comprehensive analysis of the economic activity of the State Employment Service. The main theoretical provisions on the topic of this research work are considered, as well as a detailed analysis of the introduction of digital technologies in the process of vocational training in educational institutions of the State Employment Service of Ukraine. The third section considers the factors of the spread of distance education, made a proposal to increase the level of implementation of digital technologies in the process of vocational training, assessed the economic effect of the proposed measures. The conclusion provides the main theoretical provisions, evaluation of research results and proposals for improving distance learning.
