Abstract

Now humanity enters a new phase: the phase of the information society, therefore, the issue of documenting intellectual property has become increasingly common. In Ukrainian as well as American practice, we can observe a large heterogeneity of documents related to the field of intellectual products, and patent has a special and honorable place among them.
